How to Edit/Disable Symantec.cloud email disclaimers

By default, Symantec.cloud email security will insert the following disclaimer in all emails processed by inbound our outbound filtering:

For more information please visit http://www.symanteccloud.com

If you prefer, you can disable, or edit this disclaimer as follows:

  • Log in to the Symantec.cloud Portal
  • Click "Services" -> "Email Disclaimers"
  • Select the option "Default, Custom or Disable" for inbound and/or outbound disclaimers
  • If you have selected "Custom", edit the disclaimer message as required.
  • Click "Save" to enable your new configuration.
