Because of the predicted weather situation for today Monday 16th we will be operating a reduced customer support service for today until 9am tomorrow morning.
Phone support will be unavailable for most of the day, but we expect email and ticket support to operate normally.
For technical support issues, please note that the solution to most problems can be found on the support section of our website where you can also log a ticket for our team to work on or you can send an email to email@example.com.
All Accounts, Billing and Sales questions or issues should be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or via support ticket.
For emergency outage issues, please send an email to email@example.com
In all cases please give full details of the problem or question including any error messages and steps to replicate the problem.
