On rare occasions you may encounter the error "Loading account configuration file : Invalid or not found configuration file" when trying to access the file manager

This happens when the file manager is not "in sync" with your FTP details for you account.

You can remove fix this easily as follows:

• Log on to your web control panel (https://cp.irishdomains.com)
• Click on "Websites" and click on your domain name
• Click "FTP Access" and click "Edit"
• Change the "FTP Username" *and* "Password" make sure FTP username is at least 6 characters long and unique
• Press submit and wait a couple of minutes.

At this stage, File Manager should work, if not just deactivate it and reactivate it again.
