How to access your ClientNet portal

You can access your ClientNet portal at the following location:

You will need to have your ClientNet Login and Password to access the portal.

To obtain your ClientNet login and initial password:

  1. Log on to your Irish Domains control panel at
  2. Select your "Secure Email Domain" subscription
  3. In the "Email Security" section, click "Management"
  4. Your login and *initial* password will be displayed under "ClientNet Access"

The first time you log in to the portal, you will be asked to set a new password, and also enter some information to be used to retrieve your password if you lose it in the future. You should take a note of your new password (in a safe place).
