How do I change my contact details?

You can easily update the contact details for your account within your control panel.

There are various points of contact for your account:-

Admin Access:

Your account has 1 or more "Admin contacts". An Admin Contact has access to the control panel and various functions within it. The admin contact email address must be kept up to date in order to be able to retrieve access to your control panel in the event of forgotten password etc.

To update admin contact details:

  • Login to your Control panel
  • Select "Account" from main menu
  • Click on "Admins"
  • Click on the "admin name" you wish to update
  • Click "Edit" button
  • Update contact details as necessary & save

 

Account Details:

These are the contact details for your overall account with us . If you have a personal account, you will have one one set of contact details. For a business account, you can set different contact details for Administration (& Registration), Billing and Technical contacts if you wish. Your Billing contact will receive all renewal notifications, sales orders etc. 

  • Select "Account" from main menu
  • Click on "Account Settings"
  • Click "Edit Account Settings" button
  • Update contact details as necessary & save
