There is an issue with one of our email account authentication servers at the moment.

This is preventing some users logging on to webmail or fetching mail from POP3/IMAP accounts.

We are actively working on this issue and will update as we have further details.

If outlook or other email program prompts for a new password you should not enter a different password - once the server is working correctly you will be able to log in normally

We have identified the issue and expect a resolution in about 90 minutes.

The issue has been resolved and all email services are functioning normally. As incoming emails will have been queued we expect that some delays to inbound email will persist for the next hour or so.
