Mail service issue [resolved]

We have reports of customers experiencing issues accessing mail on our servers.
We're currently investigating the issue and will report with further detail as soon as possible.
If outlook or other email program prompts for a new password you should not enter a different password - once the server is working correctly you will be able to log in normally.
This is due to a problem with our storage system. We are working on this now and expect service to be restored about 17:00.
Email storage systems are repaired and back online. We are clearing some internal queues and will be re-enabling POP3/IMAP access at about 16:40, with SMT services following about 10 minutes afterwards.
All services are running. There may be some residual delays in receiving emails early evening while all queues empty out and sending servers release held messages, mailbox access may be a little slower than normal for the next hour or so.
