Network Issues [Resolved]

We are experiencing some intermittent network issues at the moment. Services are running, however some connections are timing out or experiencing delays. If your email program requests a new password, please do not enter a new one. We will update shortly when we have more information. [Update 15:25] This looks to be a hardware fail, so we hope to have resolved in approximately 1-2 hours [Update 17:55] Unfortunately it looks like being a bit longer to complete, est by 8pm [Update 21:15] Additional network issue identified, est about 1-2 hours. [Update 22:25] Failed hardware has been replaced, all services are now restored. [Update 23:25] The main delay was that failing over to the standby unit caused some unexpected routing issues that were difficult to diagnose and resolve. | |
